The New ChildrenA spiritual society would acknowledge the New Children. It would accept that the souls of children choose their parents for reasons of genetics, environment, imprinting and exploring karma, and that the child’s soul makes a contract with the parents’ souls.This contract is binding, and can be broken only at the soul level. Such a society would also know that the first trimester of pregnancy is a trial period on both sides, so miscarriage and abortion have no consequences. So don’t be needlessly consumed with guilt and/or grief. It’s all just the Source learning more about itself. The parent/child spiritual contract can be voided if the incoming soul finds that the fetus is not viable for some reason, but again, this is all okay at the soul level because that soul fragment is part of your soul group and you’ve incarnated together countless times before … and will do so countless times again. In cases of miscarriage, that same soul fragment often shows up in a later pregnancy so, from the soul’s perspective, it’s just a tiny delay. Parents of the New Children should know that the incoming soul chose them specifically and would view themselves as ‘stewards’ to give the incoming soul time to develop its ego-personality and worldview, and become self-sustaining. From this perspective, there can be no question of‘ownership’ of a child but only stewardship, where any harm done has far greater karmic implications. Spiritual parents would know that a baby’s mind is already forming while still in the womb, and is recording every energetic nuance in the Subconscious Mind, so they would ensure that the mother is stress-free. Because the new Subconscious Mind is already recording everything in its environment, parents would guard that carefully, allowing in only what will bolster the child’s self-esteem and self-worth. In addition to health and nutrition, prenatal classes would also include telepathy so parents can also get a head start on forming their relationship with the new child. Water birth, with or without dolphin assistance, would be the norm, with c- section as a last resort. Other forms of delivery would be looked on as primitive, barbaric torture, and banned as child abuse at its worst. A spiritual society would also know that until a child is about seven, its belief system is wide open, so would take great care over the ideas to which the child is exposed. (Unfortunately, organized religion has fought for millennia over what those ideas should be.) In the years 8 – 11, children experience an increasing tidal wave of sensory input that swamps the inner senses, so they begin to lose their spiritual contacts. They are also still building their own worldviews, so a spiritual society would ensure that those views include spirituality.Also, they have a continuing need for approval, which today shows up as conformity to win acceptance by their peer group. A spiritual society would install self-approval, so that children don’t need to seek outside themselves for their self-worth. Indigo Children, Star SeedsThe New Children, a new subspecies of human began, showing up in the 1980s. Variously called Star Seeds and Star Children, they are also known as Indigo Children because of the color of their auras. In addition, they seem much older than their years, and have a disconcerting gaze that ‘looks right through you.’ They also display enhanced psychic abilities such as telepathy, precognition, psycho-kinesis, clairvoyance, powerful intuition, and the ability to affect electrical devices such as street lamps, computers, and watches. They also have a comfort and familiarity with off-world events and higher dimensions.The New Children are being born with psychic senses blaring, so they see the higher dimensions superimposed on their 3-D vision. In countries open to this, such as Russia and China, these kids are routinely tested and many are found able to‘read’ books just by touching the cover. They can recite verbatim the text on any page by just looking at the book in the morphic field. Some children, even though blindfolded, can read text and different colors through their fingertips.After all, colors are just frequencies of light. How Can You Spot Them?The New Children such as Indigos display many other characteristics, such as:• Being super-smart, with IQs often over 150 (where average IQ is 100) • Having enhanced psychic abilities, such as the ability to direct bioenergetic (chi, prana) energy to hasten healing and to intuitively link with others of the same kind • Getting bored easily, and finding that school’s rote learning is way behind them • Having high energy levels and often diagnosed as hyperactive, yet able to stifle creativity if blocked, or in order to fit in with other kids • Possessing enhanced immune systems, so they hardly ever catch colds or flu • Resisting authority unless convinced that it serves a higher purpose • Being sensitive and compassionate • Being noted for a knowing gaze, almost adult maturity, and engaging appearance • Being quick to share spiritual insights, explore the physical/ metaphysical connection, and demonstrate reverence for spiritual practices such as prayer, ritual and ceremony • Often driven by a sense of mission, usually involving changing the world for the better, through peace, compassion and kindness. Many psychiatrists are worried about the rush to diagnose children as ADD or ADHD, because the tests are so subjective as to be meaningless. And once a child is labeled an ‘ADD kid,’ everyone just washes their hands of the matter and prescribes Ritalin, whose use increased fivefold between 2000 and 2005. The problem with Ritalin is that it just masks the symptoms and turns children into zombies, which lets teachers off the hook. We must not do this to the New Children. Talking to the New Children about DeathWhen terminally ill children are not told about the soul plane, the only image they have of death is of their body being placed in a box and buried in the ground, and their main fear is of being cold and lonely for eternity—not a happy prospect for a gregarious child.
